The Donkey, The Cow, The Sheep and The Camel was written by BBC TV and radio script writer James Cary, whose credits include award-winning sitcom Miranda.

Keighley nativityVicar, the Revd Derek Walmsley said, "I linked-up with James through Facebook and last Christmas he kindly offered us his Nativity script but we heard about it too late – so we're doing it this year,"

The Nativity – which took place during the morning service, was produced by Mark Rundle, son of the late Geoffrey Rundle, who wrote and performed with Keighley Amateurs for several decades.
