We mention it here as those who have participated welcome the chance to be part of a group of people from around the country - helping to offer a wider perspective

Leading your church into growth
Every clergy person who is appointed in the Diocese of Leeds is required to attend a national Leading Your Church Into Growth conference. Our experience in the diocese is that it is better to wait a while tod do the course, where possible taking a couple of lay people along. Currently clergy places are paid for. If your parish is in a low income area you may be able to access bursaries for a small lay team to accompany you.
