We are recruiting a part-time .5 FTE role of Programme Development Lead supporting the work of the St Hild Centre for Church Planting.

The Centre for Church Planting (CCP) exists to Inspire, Connect and Train leaders in church planting. It does this with a generous, collaborative and courageous spirit, open to work across all denominations and streams, and offering inspiration, connection and training at every level of church-planting leadership. The core work of St Hild College is the training of missional leaders. The Centre is integral to this commitment alongside also seeking to provide significant inspiration and connection for church-planting leaders — because this work has innate value and because it is expected to lead to greater numbers of people being trained.

The Centre inspires through releasing key staff to speak at conferences, consultations and forums. The Centre connects through facilitating – both relationally and practically - gatherings of key leaders. The Centre trains through excellent and accessible pathways across all levels of church planting.

The Programme Development Lead (PDL) will work closely with the Director of the Centre, the Dean, and other key staff to transform strategic vision into well-designed, fully implemented training pathways. While the Director and Dean specifically will procure new opportunities, this role will then determine what training is needed and how to deliver it, both in terms of content, curriculum and method. They will design, plan, and ensure the high- quality delivery of new training pathways. The PDL will work particularly closely with the Director to develop new pathways.

Closing date is  25th March 2026
Interviews week beginning 13th April at the St Hild offices, Stocks Bank Rd, Mirfield WF14 0BW
