Our core aim and purpose is to ensure that the services and support we offer make a real difference in helping our schools improve the outcomes for the pupils in their care, delivered in the spirit of the Diocesan values of Loving Living Learning. Our areas of support include:

Enhanced Service Plan

The Enhanced Service Plan (ESP) is the name given to the service level agreement between the Diocese of Leeds Education Team and schools, academies and multi-academy trusts.

99% of the 237 schools and academies across our Diocese signed up for the Enhanced Service Plan in 2023/24. In addition, we are joined by an increasing number of community schools that value the high-quality support and challenge on offer. In addition to regular support, the plan offers access to a wide range of additional services, training and professional development.
