Interim Priest in Charge - Stanningley Benefice

The congregations of Stanningley and Swinnow are eager to work with a new priest to spread the love of Christ in this benefice. They describe themselves as small but very friendly, and keen to welcome a new priest into their family. This benefice has been identified as a future destination for a revitalisation graft, as part of our Resource Church programme.

Interim Vicar and Diocesan Rural Change Enabler

The Bishop of Ripon and the Benefice of Aldbrough St John, Forcett and Melsonby are looking to appoint a priest to the joint post of Interim Vicar (0.5) and Diocesan Rural Change Enabler (0.5).

Interim Priest in Charge - East Leeds Revival

Interim Priest in Charge - East Leeds Revival - Gipton, The Epiphany; and Roundhay, St John (Oakwood Anglican-Methodist LEP)

Team Rector of the Dewsbury Team Parish

We are looking for a priest who is committed to helping our churches to grow in numbers, in spiritual commitment to God and in service to the local community as we deepen and strengthen the relationships across our team parish of 3 churches. In return we will offer you our support, prayers and practical help from the multi-talented people in our congregations who are, in true Yorkshire style, welcoming and friendly.

Interim Vicar of St James Silsden

St James is a large single-church small town parish with a “village” feel to the west of Keighley and Bradford. The parish population is growing through new housing developments and has recently become vacant after a faithful ministry of 13 years from the previous clergy. Important building blocks are in place in terms of engagement with the community, regular Alpha courses, a range of worship service styles, good governance structures, development of the church buildings and increasingly confident lay ministry.

Priest of St Mark's Harrogate and Intern Lead Diocese of Leeds

We are looking for an ordained leader who will develop significant areas of ministry in two settings in the Diocese of Leeds.

Interim Priest in Charge of Skelmanthorpe (0.5) Interim Associate Priest (0.5)

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of transformation and change leadership across a group of parishes and benefices. Skelmanthorpe is a small town near to Emley Moor in West Yorkshire. It sits between Huddersfield and Wakefield, and is within easy reach of both, as well as the cities of Leeds and Bradford and the larger towns of Dewsbury, Halifax and Barnsley. There are excellent links further afield via the M62/M1 motorways and the rail network with good train services to London, Manchester and Leeds. Leeds/Bradford Airport is around an hour away by road. Emley Moor is recognisable from a distance, thanks to the large TV transmitter tower which sits at a high point between Emley and Kirkburton.

Incumbent - Benefice of Walkingham Hill, Nr Harrogate

The Benefice looks forward to welcoming a new incumbent to support and lead them in the development of their mission and walk with them on their Christian journey.

Vicar of Clayton and Interim Priest in Charge of Allerton and Fairweather Green

St John’s Clayton is a single church parish within a clearly defined large urban village in West Bradford. It has a growing population through new housing developments. St John’s has strong lay leadership and associated structures. It was designated a Resourcing Church in 2019 and is receiving Strategic Development Funding from 2019-2027 to support re-vitalisation work in west Bradford

Interim Community Priest for St John's Thorpe Edge (0.5)

We are looking for someone to come and help us re-imagine ministry in North East Bradford. It is an area full of opportunity with lots of new build communities alongside existing ones. St John’s sits in the heart of the community of Thorpe Edge and is deeply committed to it with its buildings hosting a day centre and community café. Both new build and social housing estates are ministry contexts common to the parishes in north-east Bradford, particularly Eccleshill and Thorpe Edge and we therefore have the opportunity to look at the current and emerging mission and ministry needs across these parishes and consider the area as a whole. Holy Trinity Idle, also in North East Bradford has been designated as a Resourcing Church, is therefore well-placed to offer support across this wider geography
