The Tour de France is alive and well in Richmond

Bunting in RichmondThe Tour de France is alive and well in Richmond!  St Mary’s Church, Richmond, is festooned with bunting made by more than five hundred students from Richmond School, Richmond Methodist Primary, Richmond C of E Primary and the 1st Richmond Beaver Scouts. They are in the colours of the tops that winners of different categories of the race wear. The effort was co-ordinated by Scott Lunn of the Fun-Key church, a fresh expression for families which regularly meets in the church. The bunting will now stay up in the church until after the Grand Depart weekend, July 5th and 6th
