Most of our churches are overseen by clergy. Whilst our theological traning has equipped us for many of the task clergy face, there are also some gaps. There are some things that we were never trained for, and other gaps where our initial training is out of date. Barnabas:Encouraging Confidence offers a small package of support for clergy who are seeking to lead mission in their contexts.
