How we can respond to issues of domestic violence against women is in the spotlight.
The Diocese of Leeds Mothers’ Union will be celebrating the end of this triennium on Saturday, November 23, with a service at Bradford Cathedral.
How we continue to grow God’s Kingdom here in our region was the theme of the most recent Diocesan Synod, which took place on Saturday, June 15 in Leeds.
Mothering Sunday is on Sunday, March 10, and to mark the occasion the Mothers’ Union are asking people to help share the ‘Gift of Dignity’.
The plight of domestic abuse victims will be highlighted at a special event at Huddersfield Parish Church on the Mother’s Union Global Day of Action next week.
Mothering Sunday is coming up, and the Mothers’ Union are asking people to support the perseverance of mothers, grandmothers, aunts and other important female caregivers across the world.
Mothers’ Union in our diocese are running a Domestic Abuse Awareness Day on Friday, February 24 at St John the Divine in Rastrick
