The congregations of Stanningley and Swinnow are eager to work with a new priest to spread the love of Christ in this benefice.
They describe themselves as small but very friendly, and keen to welcome a new priest into their family.
This benefice has been identified as a future destination for a revitalisation graft, as part of our Resource Church programme.
In the meantime, we wish to appoint an interim priest for three years.
The priest will:
- lead the pastoral care of the congregations and the wider community,
- develop a vision and culture of invitation and growth
- prepare the ground for the intended graft
