Mission Accompaniment Enabler

We are looking for someone to join our Barnabas Team as Mission Accompaniment Enabler.

The Mission Accompaniment Enabler will lead a team of volunteer mission accompaniers to support over 60 churches, and lead on a new pilot programme running from 2024.

They must be a team player and be passionate about developing others and encouraging churches in their mission, and be a strong communicator with people at all levels. The Mission Accompaniment Enabler should also be able to work on their own initiative and be able to think strategically.
